Project Owner Support
As part of your Project Owner Support needs, OnSpark can assist you with the following missions:
- Formalizing your requirements: Expression of customer (or user) needs, conduct of the opportunity study, the feasibility study, drafting of specifications, assessment of impacts and risks, etc.
- Support : Animation of working groups, coordination of work, reception of deliverables, participation in tests, acceptance (checking the conformity of deliverables according to the requirements recorded in the specifications), user training, change management, etc.
- Steering : Development and production of indicators, monitoring of project progress, planning and deadlines, preparation and/or animation of steering committees, quality monitoring, etc.
Project Management Support
On the Project Management Support side, OnSpark can perform the services below:
- Design Authority : Consultative participation in the development of the functional architecture, definition of the functionalities necessary for the development of business needs, arbitration and validation of choices (configuration, customization or specific) in line with the standard functionalities of the EAM software package selected.
- Design, Production and Integration: Validation of design choices, implementation of the technical architecture (TAD, DEX, etc.), support or implementation of design activities (functional and/or technical), creation or integration of your EAM solution.
- Steering : Development of project schedules, management of integrator projects and monitoring of service levels, coordination with interfaced partner ISs, etc.
